Experience across the full AI transformation spectrum

 

Having walked the AI transformation journey from both strategic and operational perspectives in one of the toughest environments possible, I know what it feels like to stand at the edge of something completely unfamiliar and take the leap anyway. 

 

Years ago, armed with deep expertise in marketing, strategy, and innovation, a strong business-, but zero technical background, I stepped out of my comfort zone and into the mysterious world of Artificial Intelligence.
 

Through trial, error, and persistence, I taught myself to clean messy data, train machine-learning models, and lead AI projects that solved the toughest business challenges. I discovered where AI makes sense (and where it doesn’t), what makes initiatives succeed ... or fail spectacularly. 

 

Along the way, I helped shape enterprise AI governance at the highest organisational level, spearheaded an enterprise-scale Responsible AI framework in one of the most regulated industries, trained thousands globally on AI adoption, ethics, and practical application and built a thriving cross-functional network of hundreds of AI Champions that empowered the global workforce of one of the largest pharma companies to responsibly and purposefully embrace AI in their day-to-day.

Before I ventured into the world of Artificial Intelligence, I have managed multi-million healthcare brands and consulted teams to create transformative strategies and solutions for the toughest business problems. I have dealt with real business challenges, faced the pressures of constrained budgets, exaggerated timelines and organisational politics. 

 

This journey gave me something rare: the ability to connect business priorities with technical reality, to translate between executives and engineers, and to design solutions that work both technologically and organisationally. I understand the business case and how AI actually works under the hood. And, long before AI, I have learned what it takes to implement innovations in an organisation in a way that manages the risks and wins the hearts and minds of users.
